Glycolic Acid is one of the Alpha Hydroxy acids (fruit acids). Fruit acids are nontoxic, naturally occurring substances, and are found in a variety of fruits, such as grapes, apples and sugar cane. Use of Organicals Glycolic products will improve oily and acne prone skin and decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

If you are not accustomed to using AHA / BHA's on your skin you may experience some stinging and/ or redness. If this is the case for your skin you may get better results if you allow your skin to become accustomed to this or any other AHA / BHA products. For best results begin using only one at a time and use it every other day for the first couple of weeks before going to an every day regimine and introducing your other products.

Some people with sensitive skin may not be able to use any active AHA / BHA products because they do actively exfoliate which may be irritating to some skin types. If redness and stinging do not cease discontinue use.
